摘 要:煤质化验中挥发分析仪器性能影响煤炭品质评估准确性。本研究系统评估主流仪器性能,发现高温测量偏差、样品量变化和环境因素影响显著。针对这些问题,提出改进传感器设计、优化温控系统和升级数据处理系统的综合方案。优化后的仪器在测量精度、重复性和稳定性等关键指标上均有显著提升。这些改进为提高煤质化验的准确性和可靠性提供技术支撑,同时为相关领域仪器优化提供参考。The performance of volatile analysis instrument affects the accuracy of coal quality assessment.In this study,we systematically evaluated the performance of mainstream instruments and found that high temperature measurement deviation,sample size variation and environmental factors had significant effects.To solve these problems,a comprehensive scheme is proposed to improve sensor design,optimize temperature control system and upgrade data processing system.The optimized instrument has significantly improved the measurement accuracy,repeatability,stability and other key indicators.These improvements provide technical support for improving the accuracy and reliability of coal quality testing,and provide reference for instrument optimization in related fi elds.
