摘　　要：催化装置气压机组直接关系到催化生产的效果。因此,必须要第一时间对出现的问题进行解决。为了能更加快速有效地处理催化装置气压机组缺陷,以某厂催化改造气压机组为例,对其安装过程中机组出现的问题以及各种缺陷进行分析,并根据问题提出了解决措施,通过这些措施有效地解决了催化装置气压机组缺陷,为机组的正常运行和安全生产奠定了坚实的基础。The pressure unit of the catalytic device is directly related to the effectiveness of catalytic production.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the problems that arise as soon as possible.In order to more quickly and effectively deal with the defects of the catalytic device pressure unit,taking the catalytic transformation pressure unit of a certain factory as an example,the problems and various defects that occurred during the installation process of the unit were analyzed,and solutions were proposed based on the problems.Through these measures,the defects of the catalytic device pressure unit were effectively solved,laying a solid foundation for the normal operation and safe production of the unit.
