摘　　要：由于化工行业的特殊性和高危性,一旦发生事故往往会造成严重的后果,不仅对于企业的经济利益造成巨大损失,更严重的是可能会危及员工的生命安全和环境的可持续发展。在此背景下,分析化工生产的危险源及事故风险因素,阐述化工安全设计在预防化工施工中消除安全隐患、加强应急处理能力以及保证员工人身安全的重要作用,最后提出化工安全设计应用策略,以期可为相关从业人员提供参考借鉴,保障化工企业的安全稳定运行。Due to the particularity and high risk of the chemical industry,accidents often result in serious consequences,not only causing huge losses to the economic interests of enterprises,but also potentially endangering the safety of employees and the sustainable development of the environment.In this context,this article fi rst analyzes the hazards and accident risk factors in chemical production,elaborates on the important role of chemical safety design in preventing safety hazards in chemical construction,strengthening emergency response capabilities,and ensuring the personal safety of employees.Finally,application strategies for chemical safety design are proposed,in order to provide reference and guidance for relevant practitioners and ensure the safe and stable operation of chemical enterprises.
