摘 要:结合实际工程项目,利用HydroNet软件分析保温厚度、管径、调控方式等因素对饱和蒸汽发电系统能耗和经济性的影响。结果显示,外线蒸汽管网在保持外线进口端蒸汽参数固定,保温方式、外线管径、路由不变情况下,随着运行负荷减小,出口温度、出口压力以及外线工质凝结水损失均增加,外线热损失减小比例小于负荷减小比例;适当增厚管网保温材料,可以获得更好的经济效益;在管径设计上,适当增加蒸汽管径,并在经济流速区间以较低流速进行设计更佳;在机组运行调控优化方面,降负荷时宜提高外线进口端温度参数;不同管网温度降指标不同,其温度降区间为0.050~0.122℃/m。The effects of insulation thickness,pipe diameter and control mode on energy consumption and economy of saturated steam power generation system were analyzed by using HydroNet software.The results show that the outlet temperature,outlet pressure and the condensate loss of the outer working medium increase with the decrease of the operating load,while the steam parameters at the inlet end of the outer steam pipe network are kept fixed and the insulation method,outer pipe diameter and routing are unchanged.The reduction ratio of the outer heat loss is smaller than that of the load reduction ratio.Proper thickening of pipe network insulation materials can obtain better economic benefits;In the pipe diameter design,it is better to increase the steam pipe diameter appropriately and design at a lower flow rate in the economic flow rate range.In the unit operation control and optimization,the temperature parameter of the outside inlet end is increased when the load is reduced.Different pipe networks have different temperature drop indicators,and the temperature drop range is 0.050~0.122°C/m.
