摘  要:以唐山市某住宅小区供热智能平衡调控为例,对其调控效果和节能效果进行分析。结果表明,以回水温度或室内温度为目标的智能平衡调控均能够根据用户需求和实际情况,对供热系统进行智能调节,减少高温用户数量,提高系统整体运行效果和用户舒适度;该调控方式的节热率最高可达6.57%,循环泵功率约为调控前的85%,提高了能源利用效率;根据智能调控效果对热力站进行节能优化时,当前换热站的二次侧供回水压差偏大,建议适度降低;采用定压差变频循环泵是系统启用智能平衡调控后的有效措施,可减少换热站的耗电量。Taking a residential district in Tangshan City as an example,the regulation effect and energy saving effect are analyzed.The results show that the intelligent balanced control aiming at the return water temperature or indoor temperature can adjust the heating system intelligently according to the user's demand and actual situation,reduce the number of high temperature users,and improve the overall operation effect of the system and user comfort.The heat saving rate of the control method is up to 6.57%,and the circulating pump power is about 85%,which improves the energy utilization efficiency.When the energy-saving optimization of the heat station is carried out according to the intelligent control effect,the difference of the water pressure of the secondary side of the current heat exchange station is too large,so it is recommended to reduce it moderately.The use of constant pressure difference variable frequency circulating pump is an effective measure after the intelligent balance control is enabled in the system,which can reduce the power consumption of the heat exchange station.
