摘 要:在低碳发展的背景下,供热需求较大的火电厂供热能力存在不足,特别是在调峰运行期间。某电厂将其1台即将退役的抽凝式机组改造为抽背机,改造后的机组主要负责承担供热负荷,而电厂的其他机组则主要负责发电调峰任务。结果表明,在同等抽汽供热参数条件下,改造后的背压机组相较于改造前的抽凝机组,每年可节约标准煤约34.4万t,明显提高了能源利用效率,并满足了节能减排的要求。Under the background of low-carbon development,the heating capacity of thermal power plants with large heating demand is insufficient,especially during peak operation.A power plant will be decommissioned pumping condensing unit into a back pumping machine,after the transformation of the unit is mainly responsible for heating load,and other units of the power plant is mainly responsible for power generation peak load.The results show that under the same conditions of extraction steam heating parameters,the retrofitted back pressure unit can save about 344000 t of standard coal per year compared with the pre-retrofitted pumping unit,which significantly improves the energy utilization efficiency and meets the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction.
