摘 要:空气源热泵因其高效节能、安装便捷、占地面积小以及使用条件广泛等优势,已成为新能源主要的供暖方式。济南某养老服务中心采用空气源热泵+集中管网双热源系统形式进行供暖,项目设计选用10台额定工况制热量为155 kW的超低温空气源热泵机组,布置在主体楼顶,并配置智慧控制系统进行热泵机组的分组控制,以实现热源和供暖负荷的匹配。研究表明,在2023~2024年采暖季,该项目的性能系数(COP)达到3.1,总供热量为4 048.86 GJ,减少二氧化碳排放约428.75 t,为济南空气源热泵供暖系统的广泛应用提供了数据参考。Air source heat pump has become the main heating method of new energy because of its advantages of high efficiency and energy saving,convenient installation,small footprint and wide use conditions.A senior care service center in Jinan uses air source heat pump+central pipe network dual heat source system for heating.The project design selects 10 ultra-low temperature air source heat pump units with rated working conditions of 155 kW,which are arranged on the main roof,and equipped with intelligent control system for group control of heat pump units,so as to realize the matching of heat source and heating load.The research shows that in the heating season from 2023 to 2024,the coefficient of performance(COP)of the project reaches 3.1,the total heat supply is 4048.86 GJ,and the carbon dioxide emission is reduced by about 428.75 t,which provides a data reference for the wide application of Jinan air source heat pump heating system.
