摘 要:活性炭在解析塔中通过与外部提供的高温风进行表面换热,被加热至约430℃。在再生塔负压运行时,外界空气中的氧气会渗入塔内与活性炭发生氧化反应,导致化学损失。通过控制变量法,将解析温度设定为430℃,解析时间为6 h,在实验台上模拟再生工况,分别在氧含量为1%、2%、3%和4%的条件下进行再生实验,并逐份称量,以确定再生过程中氧含量与失重之间的关系。结果表明,在常规再生条件下,应保持氧含量低于3%。为确保氧含量低于3%,通过定量计算确定再生塔所需的氮气量,为工程实践提供定量分析方法和数据支持。Activated carbon is heated to about 430℃in the analytical tower through surface heat exchange with high temperature wind provided from outside.During the negative pressure operation of the regenerator,the oxygen in the outside air will penetrate into the tower and oxidize the activated carbon,resulting in chemical loss.Through the control variable method,the analytical temperature was set at 430℃and the analytical time was 6 h.The regeneration conditions were simulated on the test bench,and the regeneration tests were carried out under the conditions of 1%,2%,3%and 4%oxygen content,respectively,and weighed one by one to determine the relationship between oxygen content and weight loss during the regeneration process.The results show that oxygen content should be kept below 3%under conventional regeneration conditions.In order to ensure that the oxygen content is less than 3%,the amount of nitrogen required by the regenerator is determined by quantitative calculation,which provides quantitative analysis method and data support for engineering practice.
