摘 要:空调系统超风量运行会导致送风口噪声增大,室内声环境不达标。风机电机处于超流状态时,效率降低,运行能耗增大,长时间运行甚至会导致电机烧毁。针对湛江某高校的全空气空调系统超风量现象,通过风机运行工况图,分析其原因,并对该空调风路系统的阻力进行理论计算校核。结果表明,两级过滤器分别按其初阻力、中阻力和终阻力计算时,风机全压富余量分别为22%、10%、2%。校核计算结果与理论分析结论一致,系统调试阶段超风量的原因是风机全压偏大。通过分析讨论,提出对于设置有多级空气过滤器且要求送风量基本恒定的空调系统,由于系统在不同运行阶段管网阻力会有显著差异,建议选用后向叶片变频离心风机,以减弱阻力变化导致的风量变化程度;对于需要根据室内冷负荷变化改变送风量的空调系统,建议采用风机变频加合理设置风路调节阀的措施,以实现节能高效地调节系统送风量。The operation of the air conditioning system over the air volume will increase the noise of the air supply port and the indoor sound environment is not up to standard.When the fan motor is in the supercurrent state,the efficiency is reduced,the operation energy consumption is increased,and the long-term operation may even lead to the motor burning.According to the phenomenon of excess air volume in an all-air air conditioning system of a university in Zhanjiang,the cause is analyzed through the fan operating condition diagram,and the resistance of the air conditioning system is calculated and checked theoretically.The results show that when the two-stage filter is calculated according to its initial resistance,medium resistance and final resistance,the total pressure surplus of the fan is 22%,10%and 2%respectively.The result of the checking calculation is consistent with the theoretical analysis conclusion.The reason for the excess air volume in the system debugging stage is that the total pressure of the fan is too large.Through analysis and discussion,it is proposed that for an air conditioning system equipped with multistage air filters and requiring basically constant air supply volume,because the pipe network resistance of the system in different operating stages will be significantly different,it is recommended to choose a backward vane frequency conversion centrifugal fan to reduce the air volume change caused by the change of resistance.For the air conditioning system that needs to change the air supply volume according to the change of indoor cooling load,it is recommended to adopt the measures of fan frequency conversion and reasonable setting of air control valve,so as to realize energy-saving and efficient adjustment of the system air supply volume.
