摘 要:钢铁冶炼生产过程中副产大量的鳞片石墨,铁水脱硫渣石墨通过浮选可以提取得到石墨初级产品。本研究以铁水脱硫渣为研究对象,采用XRD、SEM表征分析铁水脱硫渣中的石墨形态,并与天然石墨形态进行对比分析,研究发现铁水脱硫渣石墨中含有较多的大鳞片石墨(+0.15 mm)。铁水脱硫渣石墨的微观形貌与天然石墨基本一致,铁水脱硫渣石墨有些部分会产生缺陷、凹坑、爪裂等,石墨在形成过程中部分与渣铁接触,从而影响石墨的表面形貌,形成不同的结构缺陷。A large amount of flake graphite is produced as a byproduct in the steel smelting process.The graphite from the desulfurization slag of molten iron can be extracted as a primary graphite product through flotation.This article takes the desulfurization slag of molten iron as the research object,uses XRD and SEM to characterize and analyze the graphite morphology in the desulfurization slag of molten iron,and compares it with the natural graphite morphology.The study found that the graphite in the desulfurization slag of molten iron contains more large flake graphite(+0.15 mm).The microstructure of graphite in iron desulfurization slag is basically consistent with natural graphite.Some parts of graphite in iron desulfurization slag may have defects,pits,claw cracks,etc.During the formation process,some parts of graphite come into contact with slag iron,which affects the surface morphology of graphite and forms different structural defects.
