摘  要:确定白云石中SiO_(2)、CaO、MgO、S、P等成分的测定,采用试样经全国第四套列装设备-全自动称熔系统后,冷却自动装入样品盒中再转入MXF-2400型X荧光光谱仪测定。通过多种方式对比试验,熔片法中的各组测定结果准确可靠,完全能接受使用。样品用X荧光光谱仪熔片法测定代替粉末压片法和硅钼蓝光度法测定SiO_(2)以及EDTA容量法测定CaO、MgO,在结果准确度保持的前提下,检测时间比传统常规检测法大大缩短,采用玻璃熔片,稳定性得到了明显提升。通过开发白云石全自动称熔系统检测法实时测定后,对白云石中物料配比,铁水产出都具有非常重要的指导意义,也避免了传统化学法测定过程中产生的含酸碱废液对周边环境的污染。To determine the determination of SiO_(2),CaO,MgO,S,P and other components in dolomite,the sample is automatically cooled into the sample box after the fourth set of national installation equipment-automatic weighing melting system,and then transferred to MXF-2400 type X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for determination.Through a variety of comparative tests,the measurement results of each group in the melt sheet method are accurate and reliable,and can be accepted.The sample was determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer splice method instead of powder tablet method and silicon molybdenum blu-ray method to determine SiO_(2)and EDTA volumetric method to determine CaO and MgO.Under the premise of maintaining the accuracy of the result,the detection time was greatly shortened compared with the traditional conventional detection method,and the stability was also significantly improved because the glass splice was used.Through the development of dolomite automatic weighing melting system detection method real-time determination,the ratio of materials in dolomite,the output of hot metal has a very important guiding significance,but also to avoid the traditional chemical determination of process produced acid and alkali waste liquid pollution to the surrounding environment.
