摘  要:研究提出了一种通过ICP光谱法测试粗银中金含量的分析方法。详细考察了分析谱线、仪器功率、气体流量、定容酸度、残余银量、共存元素等对检测结果的影响。结果表明,金的分析谱线应选择242.7 nm,仪器功率1150 W,气体流量0.50 L/min,定容酸度(盐酸)10%,残余银量≤20 mg/L。当每100 mL溶液中含有11种干扰元素(铜、铁、铅、铋、锑、硒、碲、铂、锡、锌、钯)且各个干扰元素含量分别为100μg、200μg、300μg时对100μg金的含量测定无明显影响;各个干扰元素含量分别为500μg、1000μg、1500μg时,对500μg金的含量测定无明显影响。本方法加标回收率97.55%~103.67%,重复性相对标准偏差1.18%~2.76%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。This paper proposes an analytical method for testing the gold content in rough silver using ICP spectroscopy.The effects of analytical lines,instrument power,gas flow,titration acidity,residual silver content,and coexisting elements on the detection results were examined in detail.The results show that the gold analytical line should be selected as 242.7 nm,the instrument power should be 1150 W,the gas flow should be 0.50 L/min,the titration acidity(hydrochloric acid)should be 10%,and the residual silver content should be≤20 mg/L.When there are 11 interfering elements(copper,iron,lead,bismuth,antimony,selenium,tellurium,platinum,tin,zinc,and palladium)in the solution with a concentration of 100μg each and the concentrations of each interfering element are 100μg,200μg,and 300μg,there is no significant effect on the determination of 100μg gold;when the concentrations of each interfering element are 500μg,1000μg,and 1500μg,there is no significant effect on the determination of 500μg gold.The recovery rate of the method is 97.55%-103.67%,and the relative standard deviation of repeatability is 1.18%-2.76%.It has good accuracy and precision.
