摘 要:为提高钢渣尾渣在钢厂处置中的综合利用价值,实现固废资源化,根据泉州闽光钢铁烧结原料及钢渣特性开展了钢渣尾渣配加烧结生产试验,并对烧结矿的理化指标进行了测定研究和钢渣尾渣使用效果分析。结果表明:钢渣尾渣配比1.555%,工艺和成本指标变化:烧结利用系数和烧结矿低温还原粉化性能改善,固耗下降;烧结矿TFe降低0.347%,CaO升高0.206%,SiO_(2)升高0.112%,MgO含量升高0.094%,P含量升高0.013%,烧结矿成本下降13.24元/t,吨铁成本下降7.04元/t。泉州闽光烧结5—8月尾渣配用1.3万t,配比1.05%,烧结矿品位下降0.237%,入炉品位下降0.2%,冲抵进口矿和石灰粉消耗,入炉烧结矿成本下降7.68元/t,吨铁成本下降2.92元/t。In order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of steel slag tailings in steel plant disposal and achieve solid waste resource utilization,a sintering production experiment was carried out based on the sintering raw materials and steel slag characteristics of Quanzhou Mingguang Iron and Steel.The physical and chemical indicators of the sintered ore were measured and studied,and the utilization effect of steel slag tailings was analyzed.The results showed that the proportion of steel slag tailings was 1.555%,and the process and cost indicators changed.The sintering utilization coefficient and low-temperature reduction pulverization performance of sintered ore were improved,and the solid consumption decreased;The TFe of sintered ore decreased by 0.347%,CaO increased by 0.206%,SiO_(2)increased by 0.112%,MgO content increased by 0.094%,P content increased by 0.013%.The cost of sintered ore decreased by 13.24 Yuan/t,and the cost per ton of iron decreased by 7.04 Yuan/t.From May to August,Quanzhou Mingguang sintering used 13000 tons of tailings,with a ratio of 1.05%.The grade of sintered ore decreased by 0.237%,and the grade entering the furnace decreased by 0.2%,offsetting the consumption of imported ore and lime powder.The cost of sintered ore entering the furnace decreased by 7.68 Yuan/t,and the cost of iron per ton decreased by 2.92 Yuan.
