科技创新对甘肃县域经济发展的研究

摘　　要：科技创新作为经济发展的核心驱动力,其与县域经济的协同关系日益受到关注。为了深入理解这一关系并推动经济发展,基于2018—2022年甘肃省87个县域的面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型,深入剖析科技创新与县域经济发展之间的直接效应和空间溢出效应。研究结果显示:在经济距离权重矩阵下,甘肃县域经济发展的空间自相关检验均呈现明显的正相关性,即县域经济发展存在正向外溢性;科技创新对甘肃县域经济的推动作用不仅局限于本地区,还对周边经济距离较近的区域产生了积极的空间溢出效应。这种溢出效应对邻近地区的经济发展具有正面影响,其影响程度甚至超过了对本地区的直接作用。从长远来看,这种正向的溢出效应将有利于甘肃县域经济整体的繁荣发展。As the core driving force of economic development,scientific and technological innovation has attracted more and more attention to its synergistic relationship with county-level economic development.In order to deeply understand this relationship and promote economic development,this paper uses the spatial Durbin model to analyze the direct effects and spatial spillover effects between scientific and technological innovation and county economic development based on the panel data of 87 counties in Gansu Province from 2018 to 2022.The results show that:Under the weight matrix of economic distance,the spatial autocorrelation test of county economic development in Gansu shows an obvious positive correlation,that is,there is a positive spillover of county economic development;The role of scientific and technological innovation in promoting the county economy in Gansu is not only limited to the local region,but also has a positive spatial spillover effect on the surrounding economic regions.Such spillovers have a positive impact on the economic development of neighbouring regions,even more so than the direct impact on the region.In the long run,this positive spillover effect will be conducive to the prosperity and development of the county economy in Gansu as a whole.
