摘　　要：网络的快速发展,给人们生活和工作带来了极大的便利,但复杂多变的网络环境使未成年人的权益保护问题日益凸显,亟待更加全面和有效的法律保护。针对当前网络环境下未成年人权益保护面临的挑战,为了更有效地保护未成年人在网络环境中的权益,结合网络时代特点对未成年人权益的概念和特征进行了全面的研究分析。在此基础上,结合我国具体情况提出了构建齐备的未成年人权益法律保护体系、加强有效的执法监督以及加大社会普法力度等建议,以期能够帮助未成年人提高信息辨别能力和自我保护意识,促进社会健康、可持续发展。The rapid development of the Internet has brought great convenience to people's life and work,but the complex and changeable Internet environment has made the protection of minors'rights and interests increasingly prominent,and more comprehensive and effective legal protection is urgently needed.In view of the challenges faced by the protection of the rights and interests of minors in the current network environment,in order to more effectively protect the rights and interests of minors in the network environment,we have conducted a comprehensive research and analysis of the concept and characteristics of the rights and interests of minors combined with the characteristics of the network era.Based on the above,combined with the specific situation of our country,this paper puts forward some suggestions on building a complete legal protection system for the rights and interests of minors,strengthening effective supervision of law enforcement and increasing the intensity of social law popularization.It is expected to help minors improve their information discrimination ability and selfprotection awareness,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of society.
