摘　　要：应用型人才培养模式研究,是新文科建设的重点。结合新文科建设背景进行分析,提出“三位一体”“四结合”“一贯穿”高校经济管理类专业应用型人才培养模式,有利于经济管理类专业应用型人才培养目标的实现,通过设计经济管理类专业应用型人才培养环境,加强经济管理类专业应用型人才培养的课程建设,保障应用型人才培养模式改革创新的实施,提升应用型人才培养成效。The research on the cultivation mode of applied talents is a key focus of the construction of new liberal arts.Based on the background of the construction of new liberal arts,this paper proposes a"three in one","four in one",and"consistent"model for cultivating applied talents in economic and management majors in universities,which is conducive to achieving the goals of cultivating applied talents in economic and management majors.By designing an environment for cultivating applied talents in economic and management majors,strengthening the curriculum construction of applied talent cultivation in economic and management majors,ensuring the implementation of reform and innovation in applied talent cultivation models,and improving the effectiveness of applied talent cultivation.
