摘  要:笔者聚焦陶艺割泥线这一关键工具,从功能性、人机工学和情感化设计等多角度出发,系统探讨了其设计优化方案。分析了割泥线在取用便利性、多握姿兼容性、握持稳定性及维护简便性等方面的需求,提出通过采用可拆解结构和环保材料(如PLA+)实现灵活更换线材与减少环境影响。同时,通过归纳多种握持姿势需求,优化握把形状和尺寸设计,以提升使用舒适度与适应性。在情感化设计方面,强调外观的高识别度和个性化配色选择,增强工具的归属感与使用体验。最终提出了一种基于扣具结构的新型割泥线设计,旨在为陶艺工具的创新发展提供参考与启发。This article focuses on the clay cutting wire,a critical tool in pottery creation,and systematically explores its design optimization from the perspectives of functionality,ergonomics,and emotional design.It analyzes the requirements for accessibility,multi-grip compatibility,grip stability,and ease of maintenance.The article proposes solutions such as using detachable structures and eco-friendly materials(e.g,PLA+)to enable flexible wire replacement and reduce environmental impact.Additionally,it emphasizes refining the handle's shape and size by accommodating various grip positions to enhance comfort and adaptability.In terms of emotional design,the article highlights the importance of high visual recognition and personalized color options to strengthen the sense of ownership and user experience.Ultimately,a novel design featuring a buckle structure is proposed,aiming to inspire innovation in pottery tools and contribute to their development.
