摘  要:针对输电线路地线覆冰状态监测不力,设计新型监测技术方案。通过机载激光雷达,对输电线路地线覆冰状态进行监测。通过升降操控部分实现硬件结构的控制,通过控制主机部分实现激光器等其他部件的控制,通过光学系统将视频信号以光纤方式传输给后端液晶屏。采用改进型NSGA算法,对配电网中覆冰的多目标进行快速查询,实现覆冰位置的快速定位。试验结果表明,该方法覆冰识别率高、误差低。In view of the transmission line ground ice state monitoring,the research design a new detection technology,the method by record laser radar,the transmission line ground ice state monitorin,through the lifting control control of hardware structure.The control of the laser and other components is realized through the main engine control part,and the video signal is transmitted to the LCD screen at the back end through the optical system.This study also uses the improved NSGA algorithm to quickly query the multiple targets of ice in the distribution network and realize the rapid positioning of ice location.Through the test,the method of this study has high ice recognition rate and low error.
