摘  要:以越南金瓯350 MW海上风电项目为例,深入剖析海上风机塔筒预组装技术,旨在提升项目效率与安全性。研究聚焦于预组装流程规划,涵盖设备存储、工装与防雨罩设计,强调分体式塔筒工装定制、高效使用策略及精准吊装技术,确保作业精确高效。同时,重视质量控制与环保措施,保障作业质量、安全并减小环境影响。总结预组装技术的优势及其在推动海上风电行业可持续发展中的应用前景,为实践提供坚实的技术支撑与参考。Taking the 350 MW offshore wind power project in Jin Ou,Vietnam as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the pre-assembly technology of offshore wind turbine tower,aiming to improve the efficiency and safety of the project.The research focuses on pre-assembly process planning,covering equipment storage,tooling and raincover design,emphasizing the customization of split tower tooling,efficient use strategy and precise lifting technology to ensure accurate and efficient operation.At the same time,we attach importance to quality control and environmental protection measures to ensure the quality and safety of operations and reduce environmental impact.This paper summarizes the advantages of pre-assembly technology and its application prospects in promoting the sustainable development of offshore wind power industry,and provides solid technical support and reference for practice.
