摘　　要：介绍RK3568与各型DDR芯片的适配使用要求与使用要点。重点对DDR的电路设计、ECC功能设计、DDR颗粒外围电路设计及DDR拓扑结构与匹配方式进行研究,并根据研究结论完成装置研发。This article introduces the requirements and key points for the adaptation of RK3568 with various types of DDR chips.It focuses on the research of DDR circuit design,ECC function design,DDR peripheral circuit design,and the topology and matching methods of DDR.At the same time,based on the research conclusions,the device development has been completed.
