摘  要:为了提高电气设备烘干的智能化水平和效率,提出了一种智能型便携式电气设备烘干机。对烘干机的结构进行了介绍,分析了其数字化控制器控制原理、百叶风口叶片角度调整算法及智能控制算法原理,并对其样机进行了型式试验。试验结果表明,智能型便携式电气设备烘干机能够实现对电力箱柜温湿度的实时监测,自动调控装置的出风温度、风速及风向,实现快速烘干及去人工化。In order to improve the intelligent level and efficiency of electrical equipment drying,this paper proposes an intelligent portable electrical equipment dryer.The structure of the dryer was introduced,the control principle of the digital controller,the angle adjustment algorithm of the louver tuyere blade and the principle of the intelligent control algorithm were analyzed,and the type experiment of the prototype was carried out.The results show that the intelligent portable electrical equipment dryer can realize real-time monitoring of the temperature and humidity of the power cabinet,automatically adjust the outlet temperature,wind speed and wind direction of the device,and realize the purpose of rapid drying and de-artificialization.
