摘 要:陈椽是20世纪著名茶学家和茶学教育家,晚年致力于指导名优茶创制,对名优茶与安徽茶产业的发展产生了深远影响。陈椽指导创制安徽名优茶的动因源于安徽茶产销脱节严重,创制发展名优茶是陈椽搞活茶叶经济、解决茶叶产销脱节问题的重要措施。陈椽指导创制安徽名优茶的行为,并非单纯“工具人式”的应邀指导,而是依据当时行业现状与经济发展局势,积极主动作为。在名优茶创制浪潮开启前,陈椽积极推动茶叶购销政策、经营管理政策往市场经济方向调整,此举为创制发展名优茶扫除了政策阻碍,由此引发名优茶创制浪潮。在名优茶创制浪潮开启后,陈椽敢为人先进行创制,引导大批专家、干部的参与,不仅短时间内提升了安徽茶的总体工艺水平,还最大限度降低了损失,使安徽茶产业以较为平稳的方式实现从计划经济到市场经济的过渡,奠定了当今安徽茶“内销为主,名优为重”的产销格局。Chen Chuan, a renowned tea scientist and educator of the 20th century, dedicated his later years to guiding the creation of famous tea, which had a profound impact on the famous tea and Anhui tea industry's development. The motivation behind Chen Chuan's creation of Anhui's famous tea stemmed from the disconnection between tea production and marketing in Anhui. The development of these tea varieties was an important measure for Chen Chuan to boost the tea economy and resolve the production and marketing disconnection Chen Chuan's involvement in creating Anhui's famous tea was not merely an nominal type of invited guidance, but rather a proactive initiative driven by the current industry and political and economic development situation. Before the wave of creation began, Chen Chuan actively promoted policy adjustments towards a market-oriented approach for tea buying and selling as well as management, which cleared policy obstacles for the creation and development of famous tea and sparked this wave. After the wave started, Chen Chuan took the lead in the creation, serving as a model to guide a large number of experts and cadres to participate in. This not only raised the whole craft level of Anhui tea in a short period but also minimized risks to the greatest extent, allowing the Anhui tea industry to smoothly transition from a planned economy to a market economy. It also laid the foundation for Anhui's current production and marketing structure of "domestic sales as the mainstay, with a focus on famous tea."
