摘 要:长期以来,关于唐代时期茶叶向吐蕃的输入以及吐蕃使用茶叶的情况并不清晰,缺少系统研究。唐代时期茶叶输入吐蕃具有一定的阶段性,可以划分为三个主要阶段。第一阶段,茶叶输入土蕃数量有限。从第二阶段起,茶叶输入量已经较大。第三阶段出现了涉及当时茶叶输入和使用的较多的可以相互佐证的文献史料。当时吐蕃社会中的用茶现象已经较为普遍,具有较大的茶叶使用量。除了以民间茶叶往来形式满足吐蕃茶叶需求之外,吐蕃还以官方形式从南诏获得茶叶,以“铁桥”为主构建的茶叶通道,逐渐从官方主导演化为民间主导。For a long time,the introduction of tea to Tubo and the use of tea in Tubo during the Tang Dynasty are not clear,and there is a lack of in-depth systematic research.The introduction of tea into Tubo in the Tang Dynasty occurred in distinct phases,which could be divided into three main stages.From the second stage,the amount of tea introduction had been larger.For the third stage,there are more mutually corroborative historical documents related to the introduction and use of tea at that time.At that time,the phenomenon of tea use in Tubo society had been relatively common,and there was a large amount of tea use.In addition to meeting the demand of Tubo tea in the form of folk tea exchanges,Tubo also obtained tea from Nanzhao in the official form.The tea passage mainly constructed by"The Iron Bridge"gradually evolved from the official to the folk.
