摘 要:茶文化如何实现现代化,这是关乎文化自信与民族复兴的重要问题。茶文化在向世界传播的过程中,经历了范式转化,价值观重塑过程。以直观的物质主义认识论为基础的西式制茶范式,采用科学实证的机械化生产方式,以及普遍适用的理性贸易规则,在茶贸易竞争中占据了主导地位。而以直觉主义认识论为基础的中华传统制茶范式,则普遍采用感性的手工或半手工的生产方式,以及义利兼顾的贸易规则,在全球化竞争中逐步丧失了话语权与主导权。通过比较西方直观的物质主义认识论、马克思主义实践认识论,以及中华心性之学直觉主义认识论,阐述三者之间的差异如何体现在茶文化层面、贸易正义层面,追求“茶利普惠,共同发展”的茶生态正义,无疑是茶贸易实质正义中最为重要的内涵之一。以“第二个结合”来推动茶文化认识论重构,实现马克思主义正义观与中华传统“义利观”的有机结合,是实现“人与自然和谐共生”“物质文明与精神文明相协调”的现代化重要举措。How to achieve modernization of tea culture is an important issue related to cultural confidence and national rejuvenation. In the process of spreading tea culture to the world, tea culture has undergone a paradigm shift and a reshaping of values. The western tea making paradigm based on epistemology of contemplative materialism, using scientifically proven mechanized production methods and universally applicable rational trade rules, has dominated the tea trade competition. On the contrary, the traditional Chinese tea making paradigm based on intuitionistic epistemology generally adopts intuitive manual or se-mi-manual production methods, as well as trade rules that balance righteousness and profit. It has gradually lost its voice and dominance in global competition. By comparing western epistemology of contemplative materialism, Marxist practical epistemology, and Chinese intuitionism epistemology, this paper elaborates on how the differences between the three are reflected in the tea culture and trade justice levels. The pursuit of tea ecological justice, which emphasizes the benefits and common development of tea, is undoubtedly one of the most important connotations of substantive justice in tea trade. Using the "second integration" to promote the reconstruction of tea culture epistemology and achieve the organic combination of Marxist justice and traditional Chinese "righteousness and benefit" is an important measure to achieve modernization of "harmony between humanity and nature" and "the coordination of material and cultural-ethical civilization".
