摘 要:宋代茶业受到了朝廷和地方各级官府的高度重视,从皇帝到各级官吏都非常关心茶事,重视茶事,出台了大量治理茶业的法规。《宋史·食货志·茶》篇详载了官方茶事管理与茶业法规的发展变革,内容丰富。梳理茶篇要义,检视多样多变的宋代茶法,可以看出宋代茶业管理法规的诸多特点与茶事在王朝政府中的重要地位。这也反映出宋代茶业的繁盛有着雄厚的法规保障与制度基础,茶已成为宋朝的重要“食货”,在两宋社会经济体系中发挥了重要作用。The tea industry in the Song Dynasty received high attention from the imperial court and local governments.From the emperor to officials at all levels, they were very concerned about tea affairs, attached great importance to tea affairs, and issued a large number of regulations to govern the tea industry. The Tea Section in the Treatise on Food and Commodities of the History of Song provides a detailed account of the development and changes in official tea management and tea industry regulations. By sorting out the core contents and examining the diverse and ever-changing tea laws of the Song Dynasty, many characteristics of the tea industry management regulations in the Song Dynasty and the important position of tea affairs in the imperial government can be observed. This also reflects that the prosperity of the tea industry in the Song Dynasty was underpinned by robust legal guarantee and institutional foundation. Tea had become an important "goods" in the Song Dynasty, playing an important role in the socio-economic system of the Song Dynasty.
