摘 要:在对国内外有关氢燃料电池(HFC)生命周期评价和生命周期可持续性评价(LCSA)研究现状梳理的基础上,采用生命周期可持续性评价方法,构建了从环境、经济和社会3个维度的HFC燃料路径可持续评价指标体系,运用生命周期评价(LCA)、生命周期成本(LCC)和社会生命周期评价(SLCA)方法,选择由制氢、储氢、运输和加注等环节构成的4条燃料技术路径,进行了综合评价。研究发现,现阶段工厂焦炉煤气制氢路径在环境和经济维度上表现最佳,而现场电解水制氢路径在社会维度上具有优势。未来应积极推动可再生电力的电解水制氢,加大对非常规天然气开采技术的研发,加快氢能产业的相关基础设施建设。Based on a comprehensive review of the current research status of life cycle assessment(LCA)and life cycle sustainability assessment(LCSA)of hydrogen fuel cells(HFC)both domestically and internationally,this study constructs a sustainability evaluation index system for HFC power fuel pathways from three dimensions:environmental,economic,and social.Utilizing LCA,life cycle costing(LCC),and social life cycle assessment(SLCA)methods,four fuel technology pathways comprising hydrogen production,storage,transportation,and refueling were comprehensively evaluated.The findings indicate that,at present,the coke oven gas-based hydrogen production pathway in factories performs best in terms of environmental and economic dimensions,while on-site electrolysis-based hydrogen production shows advantages in the social dimension.Future efforts should focus on promoting electrolysis-based hydrogen production using renewable electricity,increasing research and development of unconventional natural gas extraction technologies,and accelerating the construction of hydrogen energy-related infrastructure。
