摘  要:区域综合能源系统可以通过区域内多种能源的耦合,实现多种异质能源子系统之间的优化运行、协同管理和互补互济。然而,综合能源系统快速发展对能源系统运行优化方式带来了巨大挑战,运行优化的数据来源、考虑因素、优化方式等都直接影响调度方案的优化效果。除此之外,能源系统用户用能的随机波动和分布式能源设备运行状态波动等不确定性也大大增加了运行优化的难度,威胁能源网的安全稳定运行。基于此,重点考虑各类能源设备的动态响应特性,构建综合能源系统三阶段优化模型。在日前运行优化模式及分布式能源设备动态出力模型的基础上,分别针对常规情景下的负荷随机波动和突发情景下的设备运行状态波动提出了循环优化和监测优化2种运行优化模式,并提出不同阶段的优化流程和优化目标,以实现多场景下综合能源系统的优化运行,研究选取中国南京某典型园区作为案例,基于日前调度优化方案,分别对常规情景下的循环优化和突发情景下的监测优化效果进行对比分析,以证明在不同情景下三阶段运行优化模型是解决综合能源系统运行优化的有效方法。The Regional Integrated Energy System can realize the optimal operation,coordinated management and complementarity of various heterogeneous energy subsystems through the coupling of multiple energy sources in the region.However,uncertainties like random fluctuations in energy consumption and fluctuations in the operating status of distributed energy equipment have increased the difficulty of operation optimization.Therefore,this paper focuses on the dynamic output of the equipment,and proposes a triple-stage operation optimization model of Regional Integrated Energy System.Based on the previous operation optimization mode and the dynamic output model of distributed energy equipment,the model proposes two optimization modes,loop optimization and monitoring optimization,for random fluctuations in load under routine operation scenarios and equipment operation state fluctuations under emergency response scenarios,and put forward the optimization process and optimization goals in different stage.Finally,with the actual operation of a park in Nanjing,China taken as an example,based on the day-ahead optimization,this paper made a comparative analysis of the loop optimization under routine operation scenarios and the monitoring optimization effect under emergency response scenarios to prove the triple-stage operation optimization model under different scenarios.It is proved to be an effective method for the operation optimization of the Regional Integrated Energy System.
