摘 要:当前,国有大中型企业正在加快数字化转型进程,构建数字化人才能力模型成为企业面临的普遍现实问题。以国家能源集团为对象,构造了三层七类数字化人才培养体系模型。从企业的发展战略角度出发,根据角色分工定位的不同,将数字化人才分为数字化管理、数字化应用和数字化专业等3个层次人才;根据数字化转型涉及到的技术领域将数字化人才分为智慧管理、数字化运营、产业生态协作、智能生产、电商平台运营、工业云运营、数字化设计等7类人才。三层七类数字化人才培养体系模型的构建不仅为精准识别、培养和发展不同类型数字化人才提供了科学、全面的架构,也为同行业企业在数字化人才培养、能力模型构建等方面提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。At present,large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises are accelerating their digital transformation,and building a digital talent capability model has become a common reality faced by these enterprises.Taking the State Energy Group as the object,this article constructs a three-layer,seven-category digital talent training system model.From the perspective of the development strategy of the enterprise,according to the different positioning of the role division of labor,the digital talents are divided into three levels of digital management,digital application and digital professional talents;according to the technical fields involved in digital transformation,the digital talents are divided into seven categories of talents,such as intelligent management,digital operation,industrial eco-collaboration,intelligent production,e-commerce platform operation,industrial cloud operation,digital design.The construction of the three-level and seven-category digital talent training system model not only provides a scientific and comprehensive structure for accurately identifying,cultivating and developing different types of digital talents,but also provides valuable reference experience for enterprises in the same industry in the cultivation of digital talents and the construction of competency models.
