摘 要:目的:全面评估国产康多^(®)机器人腹腔内窥镜手术系统(SR2000)在外科手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年7月于本院使用康多^(®)机器人进行手术的患者为试验组(n=23),同期相同病种采用传统手术方法治疗的患者为对照组(n=23)。收集两组患者的基线数据和手术数据,包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、患者住院时间、手术切口大小、患者疼痛评分等评价指标,并对参与手术的医生进行满意度调查。结果:试验组平均手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),手术切口小于对照组(P<0.05),患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的手术操作便捷性和精准性及手术效率等指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康多^(®)机器人能大幅缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短患者住院时间,减小手术切口,减轻患者疼痛,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of domestically developed Kangduo^(®)Robot endoscopic surgical system(SR2000)in surgical procedures.Methods:Patients who underwent surgery using the Kangduo endoscopic surgical robot in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao from September 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the experimental group(n=23),while patients with the same conditions treated with traditional surgical methods during the same period served as the control group(n=23).Baseline and surgical data of patients were collected,including operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complication rate,length of hospital stay,incision size,patient’s pain scores,and satisfaction surveys among participating surgeons were conducted.Results:The experimental group had significantly shorter average operative time(P<0.05),reduced intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05),lower postoperative complication rates(P<0.05),shorter average length of hospital stay(P<0.05),smaller surgical incisions(P<0.05),and lower patient’s pain scores(P<0.05)compared to the control group.The experimental group also outperformed the control group in ease of operation,precision,and surgical efficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangduo endoscopic surgical robot can significantly shorten operative time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,decrease postoperative complication rates,shorten length of hospital stay,minimize incision size,and alleviate patient pain,which is worthy of clinical application.
