摘　　要：目的:探讨国产图迈^(®)腔镜手术机器人在胆囊切除术中的应用效果并比较机器人手术与腹腔镜手术的差异。方法:选择2023年5月—2023年11月在甘肃省人民医院行胆囊切除术的60例患者为研究对象,根据手术方式不同分为机器人辅助胆囊切除术组(n=20)和腹腔镜胆囊切除术组(n=40)。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、疼痛模拟评分、住院时间、术后并发症等指标,并由主刀医师对手术机器人器械进行评价。结果:两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后疼痛评分及住院时间等方面无显著差异(P>0.05)。RC组出现腹胀1例,LC组出现腹胀1例、伤口感染1例。主刀医师对图迈^(®)腔镜手术机器人系统使用的整体评价较好,在系统性能、操作灵活性、视觉效果和器械稳定性等方面均给予了积极评价。结论:国产图迈^(®)腔镜手术机器人在胆囊切除术中表现出与腹腔镜相当的临床疗效,手术过程稳定且适应性较强。Objective:To explore the application effect of the domestically developed Toumai^(®)laparoscopic surgical robot in cholecystectomy and compare the differences between robot-assisted surgery and laparoscopic surgery.Methods:60 patients who underwent cholecystectomy in Gansu Provincial Hospital from May 2023 to November 2023 were selected.They were divided into the robot-assisted cholecystectomy(RC)group(n=20)and the laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)group(n=40)according to different surgical methods.Operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,VAS scores,length of hospital stay,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients,and evaluations on surgical robot were made by primary surgeons.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative VAS scores,or length of hospital stay(P>0.05).1 case of abdominal distension was observed in the RC group,while the LC group had 1 case of abdominal distension and 1 case of wound infection.Favorable overall evaluations on the Toumai^(®)robotic surgical system were given by primary surgeons,with positive comments on the system performance,operational flexibility,visual effects,and stability.Conclusion:The domestically developed Toumai^(®)laparoscopic surgical robot has demonstrated clinical efficacy comparable to laparoscopic surgery in cholecystectomy,with a stable procedures and strong adaptability.
