摘　　要：工人阶级是社会主义社会的创造者。无产阶级革命家基于实践经验,系统形成了党领导工人阶级的理论体系,为中国共产党紧紧依靠工人阶级、全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供了科学指导。无产阶级革命导师们认为,工人阶级是社会化生产的必然产物,肩负着占有全部生产资料、实现全世界无产阶级解放的历史使命。无产阶级政党作为工人阶级的先锋队,是领导其完成历史使命的革命核心。党是工人阶级实现其历史使命的组织工具,工人阶级所要建立的无产阶级专政也只有经过党的领导才能够实现。党只有密切同工人阶级的联系,发扬党内民主,开展自我批评,以群众路线为领导工人阶级的基本方法,才能够凝聚成强大的革命力量,实现无产阶级的彻底解放。The working class is the creator of socialist society. Based on their practical experience,proletarian revolutionaries have systematically formed the theory of the Party's leadership of the working class, providing scientific guidance for the CPC's close reliance on the working class and the building of a modern socialist country. The proletarian revolutionary mentors believed that the working class is an inevitable product of socialized production, shouldering the historical mission of appropriating all the means of production and realizing the emancipation of the proletariat all over the world. The proletarian party, as the vanguard of the working class, is the revolutionary core leading it to fulfill its historical mission. The party is the organizing tool of the working class to realize its historical mission, and the proletarian dictatorship that the working class wants to establish can only be realized under the leadership of the party. It is only through close contact with the working class, the promotion of internal democracy, self-criticism and the mass line as the basic method of leading the working class that the Party will be able to coalesce into a powerful revolutionary force and realize the complete emancipation of the proletariat.
