摘　　要：“围绕中心、服务大局”是中国工会的光荣传统,体现了党领导下的工会工作方法论,是工会坚持自觉接受党的统一领导、团结服务联系职工群众和依法依章程独立自主开展工作的有机统一。工会“围绕中心、服务大局”传统有着深厚的工运理论基础,分析其所蕴含的党如何全面领导工会,能够增强人们对工会自觉坚持党的领导的学理解释,深化对党全面领导工会的认识和理解,为更好开创新时代工运事业和工会工作新局面带来启示。"Focusing on Our Major Task and Serving the overall Interests of the Country"is a glorious tradition of Chinese trade unions,which reflects the methodology of trade union under the leadership of the Party,and is the organic unity of trade unions'adherence to consciously accepting the Party's unity of leadership,unifying services and contacting the masses of workers,and carrying out their work independently and autonomously in accordance with their statutes.The trade union's tradition of"focusing on the center and serving the overall situation"has a profound theoretical foundation in labor movement,and analyzing how the Party leads the trade union in a comprehensive way implied by it can enhance people's interpretation of the doctrine of the trade union's conscientious adherence to the Party's leadership,deepen their understanding of the Party's leadership of the trade union in a comprehensive way,and bring enlightenment to the cause of the labor movement and the trade union's work in a new era.
