摘  要:以桃苗为试材,采用不同稀释倍数的皱叶酸模秸秆水提液处理桃苗,研究了皱叶酸模秸秆水提液对桃苗生长及养分吸收的影响,以期明确皱叶酸模秸秆水提液对桃苗生长的化感效应,筛选促进桃苗快速生长及养分吸收的方法。结果表明:皱叶酸模秸秆水提液稀释200、300倍和400倍处理桃苗后,其根系、茎杆、叶片、地上部生物量及桃苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量含量均显著提高。桃苗光合色素含量与桃苗根系、地上部生物量呈显著正相关性。皱叶酸模秸秆水提液稀释300倍和400倍,能降低土壤pH,可增加桃苗根系、茎杆、叶片和地上部的全氮、全磷、全钾含量,且能增加土壤碱解氮和有效磷含量。根系和地上部的养分吸收与土壤中碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量呈显著正相关性。综上,皱叶酸模秸秆水提液稀释200~400倍,能显著提高桃苗光合色素含量,从而促进桃苗根系和地上部生长。皱叶酸模秸秆水提液稀释300倍和400倍,能降低土壤pH,增加和释放土壤中碱解氮和有效磷含量,从而促进根系和地上部养分吸收。Taking peach seedlings as the experimental materials,the effects of Rumex crispus straw water extract at different dilution ratios on peach seedling growth and nutrient absorption were studied,in order to clarify the allelopathic effects of Rumex crispus straw water extract and optimize methods to promote rapid growth and nutrient uptake in peach seedlings.The results showed that treatments with 200-fold,300-fold,and 400-fold diluted Rumex crispus straw water extract significantly increased the biomass content of roots,stems,leaves,aboveground parts,as well as chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and total chlorophyll content in peach seedlings.A significant positive correlation was observed between photosynthetic pigment content and both root biomass and aboveground biomass.The 300-fold and 400-fold diluted treatments effectively reduced soil pH while enhancing total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium contents in roots,stems,leaves,and aboveground parts of peach seedlings.These treatments also increased soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus content.Significant positive correlations were identified between nutrient absorption in roots/aboveground parts and soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium contents.In conclusion,200-fold to 400-fold diluted Rumex crispus straw water extract significantly enhances photosynthetic pigment content,thereby promoting root and aboveground growth in peach seedlings.The 300-fold and 400-fold dilutions effectively reduced soil pH while increasing and releasing alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus in soil,ultimately facilitating nutrient absorption in both roots and aboveground parts.
