摘 要:以‘粉蓝’蓝莓为试材,设置接种枝状枝孢霉(Cladosporium cladosporioides)、球毛壳菌(Chaetomium globosum)、嗜松青霉(Penicillium pinophilum)、福廷瓶头霉(Phialocephala fortinii)、裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)处理,以及不接菌(CK)为对照,研究了接菌对蓝莓的菌根侵染率、叶片营养元素含量以及生理指标的影响,评选出最优菌株,以期为蓝莓的菌根化育苗提供参考依据。结果表明:接菌后,5种处理与CK相比均能显著提高蓝莓的菌根侵染率,其中接种福廷瓶头霉(P.fortinii)侵染率最高达到67.82%;接种嗜松青霉(P.pinophilum)、福廷瓶头霉(P.fortinii)、裂褶菌(S.commune)后,提高了蓝莓叶片中的营养元素含量,改善了蓝莓对光能的利用方式;接种不同的菌株能够在不同程度上提升抗氧化酶活性,以及脯氨酸含量,并通过降低丙二醛含量来增强抗逆性;通过主成分分析发现这6个处理得分情况从高到低依次为福廷瓶头霉(P.fortinii)、裂褶菌(S.commune)、枝状枝孢霉(C.cladosporioides)、嗜松青霉(P.pinophilum)、不接菌、球毛壳菌(C.globosum)。接种福廷瓶头霉(P.fortinii)对提高蓝莓营养元素含量以及抗逆性具有显著效果,可作为蓝莓菌根化育苗的参考菌种。The‘Fenlan’blueberry was used as the experimental material,and the treatments inoculated with Cladosporium cladosporioides,Chaetomium globosum,Penicillium pinophilum,Phialocephala fortinii,Schizophyllum commune,and no inoculation(CK)were set as the control treatments.The effects of inoculation on mycorrhizal infection rate,leaf nutrient element content and physiological indexes of blueberry were studied,in order to select the optimal strain to provide reference for mycorrhizal seedling of blueberry.The results showed that after inoculation,the five treatments could significantly increase the mycorrhizal infection rate of blueberry compared with CK,and the infection rate of P.fortinii was the highest,reaching 67.82%.After inoculation with P.pinophilum,P.fortinii and S.commune,the nutrient content in blueberry leaves was increased,and the utilization of light energy in blueberry was improved.Inoculation of different strains could improve antioxidant enzyme activity and proline content to varying degrees,and enhance stress resistance by reducing malondialdehyde content;through principal component analysis,it was found that the scores of these six treatments from high to low were P.fortinii,S.commune,C.cladosporioides,P.pinophilum,non-inoculated,and C.globosum.Inoculation of P.fortinii had a significant effect on improving the nutrient content and stress resistance of blueberry,which could be used as a reference strain for blueberry mycorrhizal seedlings.
