摘 要:以西洋滨菊为试材,采用培养皿和盆栽培养法,研究了不同质量浓度Cu^(2+)(0、25、50、100、200 mg·L^(-1))对种子及幼苗生理影响,探究西洋滨菊Cu^(2+)胁迫阈值,以期为西洋滨菊在铜污染地区的景观生态修复提供参考依据。结果表明:西洋滨菊种子发芽率、发芽势、幼苗株高、茎粗、冠幅均随Cu^(2+)浓度升高呈“低促高抑”的现象;幼苗叶片数、最大叶长、最大叶宽呈先降再升最后又降的趋势;根条数、根长、鲜质量、干质量则逐渐降低。在Cu^(2+)浓度25 mg·L^(-1)和50 mg·L^(-1)处理时,幼苗叶片超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著增加(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)含量随Cu^(2+)浓度升高而逐渐增加;相关性分析表明西洋滨菊幼苗株高和茎粗、最大叶长、最大叶宽、根长、SOD呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。综上,西洋滨菊在低浓度铜胁迫下具有较高的耐受力,种子发芽率较高且幼苗长势良好,幼苗所能忍耐的最高环境铜浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)。Taking Chrysanthemum leucanthemum as the test material,the effects of different mass concentrations of Cu^(2+)(0,25,50,100,200 mg·L^(-1))on the physiology of seeds and seedlings were studied by petri dish and pot culture method,and the Cu^(2+)stress threshold of Chrysanthemum leucanthemum was explored,in order to provide reference for the landscape ecological restoration of Chrysanthemum leucanthemum in copper-contaminated areas.The results showed that with the increase of Cu^(2+)concentration,the germination rate,germination potential,plant height,stem thick and crown breadth of Chrysanthemum leucanthemum showed a phenomenon of‘low promotion and high inhibition’.The number of seedling leaves,the maximum leaf length and the maximum leaf width showed a trend of decreasing first,then increasing and finally decreasing.The number of roots,root length,fresh weight and dry weight decreased gradually.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in seedling leaves increased significantly(P<0.05)when Cu^(2+)concentration was 25 mg·L^(-1)and 50 mg·L^(-1).The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)increased gradually with the increasing of Cu^(2+)concentration.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between stalk height and stem diameter,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width,root length and SOD activity(P<0.05).In summary,it could be seen that Chrysanthemum leucanthemum had high tolerance under low concentration of copper stress,high seed germination rate and seedling grow well.The highest environmental copper concentration that seedlings could tolerate was 50 mg·L^(-1).
