摘 要:高校是科技创新的重要载体,高校科技创新可分为科技成果产出和科技成果转化两个阶段。基于我国省级层面的面板数据,实证检验高校科技创新如何驱动其所在地制造业绿色发展。结果显示:高校科技成果产出效率、转化效率提升均能促进其所在地制造业绿色全要素生产率提升;绿色专利授权数、新产品开发经费分别在科技研发和成果转化阶段发挥中介效应。因此,应更加重视科技成果转化的不同发展阶段,通过加快绿色专利审查、加大新产品开发经费支出等方式促进制造业绿色可持续发展。Universities are important carriers of scientific and technological innovation,so scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities is divided into two stages:the output of scientific and technological achievements and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Based on the panel data at the provincial level in China,this paper empirically examines how scientific and technological innovation in universities drives the green development of the manufacturing industry in their localities.The results show that the improvement of the output efficiency and transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in universities can promote the improvement of green total factor productivity of the manufacturing industry in their localities.The number of green patents granted and the expenditure on new product development play an intermediary role in the stage of scientific and technological research and development and achievement transformation,respectively.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the different stages of development of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the green and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry should be promoted by speeding up the examination of green patents and increasing the expenditure on new product development.
