摘 要:随着国家创新驱动发展战略的推进,跨区域科研合作在促进科学知识创新与技术转移中起到了重要作用。聚焦跨区域科研合作,旨在识别合作模式,挖掘人才领域分布特征,以识别科研合作领域的薄弱之处和关键领域的人才短缺问题,优化人才引进策略,促进区域科研发展,提升区域创新能力和竞争力。基于生物医学领域的大规模科研数据集,对粤港澳大湾区生物医学领域的跨区域科研合作活动进行科研合作模式识别、研究主题和科研人才分析,系统分析跨区域合作的活力与需求情况。研究结果表明,在生物医学研究领域,粤港澳大湾区科研合作活力强,跨区域合作需求多,尤其在肿瘤研究等重点领域表现突出。研究为区域科研发展和人才引进工作提供了有效参考,有助于提高人才引进工作的效率和精准率;在识别跨区域科研合作模式及人才分布特征上具有创新性,为区域科研合作提供了新的视角。With the advancement of the national innovation-driven development strategy,cross-regional scientific collaboration has played a critical role in promoting scientific knowledge innovation and technology transfer.This study focuses on cross-regional scientific collaboration,aiming to identify collaboration models and explore the distribution characteristics of talent fields.It seeks to recognize weaknesses in scientific collaboration areas and pinpoint talent shortages in key fields to optimize talent recruitment strategies,foster regional scientific development,and enhance regional innovation capacity and competitiveness.Based on a large-scale scientific data set in the biomedical field,this study systematically analyzes cross-regional collaboration vitality and demand in the biomedical field within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA).It includes the identification of collaboration models,research theme analysis,and scientific talent analysis of cross-regional scientific collaboration activities in this area.The results indicate that in the field of biomedical research,scientific collaboration in the GBA is highly active,with strong demand for cross-regional collaboration,particularly in key areas such as oncology.This study provides valuable references for regional scientific development and talent recruitment efforts,supporting increased efficiency and accuracy in talent acquisition.This study is innovative in identifying cross-regional scientific collaboration models and talent distribution characteristics,offering a new perspective on regional scientific collaboration.
