数字经济赋能临港产业高质量发展的组态分析

摘　　要：临港产业是促进区域经济增长、产业集聚与协同以及国家战略支撑的重要基石,而数字经济通过技术创新、产业优化、结构调整等方式赋能临港产业的高质量发展。以2013-2022年河北省唐山市、秦皇岛市、沧州市为研究对象,利用fsQCA模型探究数字经济赋能临港产业高质量发展的内在逻辑与实现路径。结果表明:数字经济的8个维度形成的条件变量均不能单一构成影响临港产业高质量发展的必要条件,而是需要各个维度相互作用、共同发力;数字经济赋能临港产业高质量发展的驱动路径有4条,分别为:①数字经济创新-产业数字化主导型,数字发展载体-数字经济环境-数字经济转化协同型;②数字经济创新-产业数字化主导型,数字经济规模-数字经济环境-数字发展载体-数字经济转化协同型;③产业数字化主导型,数字产业结构协同型;④产业数字化主导型,数字经济创新-数字产业化-数字经济结构协同型。横向对比各个条件组态发现产业数字化均存在于4条组态路径当中,说明数字经济下的产业数字化发展是推进临港产业高质量发展的关键要素。同时,组态分析结果也进一步验证了数字经济以技术、产业、环境、创新等形式综合提升了临港地区的资源配置效率,增强了开放型经济竞争力,助力绿色低碳转型与“双循环”发展,是实现河北临港产业高质量发展的重要驱动力。The port industry is an important cornerstone for promoting regional economic growth,industrial agglomeration and coordination as well as national strategic support.The digital economy empowers the high-quality development process of the port industry through technological innovation,industrial optimization and structural adjustment.This study takes the cities of Tangshan,Qinhuangdao and Cangzhou in Hebei Province from 2013 to 2022 as research objects,and uses fsQCA method to explore the internal logic and realization path of digital economy empowering high-quality development of port industry.The research results show that:The conditional variables formed by the eight dimensions of the digital economy cannot constitute a single necessary condition affecting the high-quality development of the port industry,but require the interaction and joint efforts of various dimensions;There are four driving paths for the high-quality development of port industries empowered by the digital economy,namely:①digital economy innovation-industry digitalization leading type,digital development carrier-digital economy environment-digital economy transformation collaborative type;②digital economy innovation-industry digitalization leading type,digital economy scale-digital economy environment-digital development carrier-digital economy transformation collaborative type;③industry digitalization leading type,digital industry structure collaborative type;④industry digitalization leading type,digital economy innovation-digital industrialization-digital economy structure collaborative type.The horizontal comparison of the configuration of each condition shows that industrial digitalization exists in four configuration paths,indicating that the development of industrial digitalization under the digital economy is the key factor for promoting the high-quality development of the port industry.Meanwhile,the results of the configuration analysis further verify that the digital economy has comprehensively enhanced the resource allocati
