摘　　要：作为美国贸易代表办公室(USTR)正在进行的“对中国在海事、物流和造船业主导地位的调查”的一部分,该机构于2月21日提出拟议对中国相关行业的限制措施。克拉克森研究初步认为,这些潜在的限制措施较预期影响的范围更广、程度更深。As part of the United States Trade Representative’s(USTR)ongoing investigation into“China’s Dominance in the Maritime,Logistics,and Shipbuilding Sectors,”the agency on February 21st put forth proposed restrictions targeting related industries in China.A preliminary analysis by Clarksons Research indicates that the potential impact of these restrictions may be more extensive and profound than initially anticipated.
