自动弹力线套扎联合保留齿线外痔切除缝合术治疗混合痔30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自动弹力线套扎联合保留齿线外痔切除缝合术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:选2021年7月至2023年7月,本院60例混合痔手术患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用自动弹力线套扎联合保留齿线外痔切除缝合术治疗,对照组采用传统混合痔外剥内扎术治疗。比较2组疗效、手术相关指标和术后并发症等。结果:2组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用自动弹力线套扎联合保留齿线外痔切除缝合术治疗混合痔临床效果较好,能减少术中出血量,减轻术后疼痛,减少术后并发症,加速患者恢复。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of automatic elastic thread ligation combined with dentate line-preserving external hemorrhoidectomy with suturing for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From July 2021 to July 2023,total 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)using a random number table.The observation group underwent automatic elastic thread ligation combined with dentate line-preserving external hemorrhoidectomy with suturing,while the control group received Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).Efficacy,perioperative indicators,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was observed in operative time between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group demonstrated higher overall efficacy rate(P<0.05),shorter wound healing time and hospital stay(P<0.05),reduced intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05),lower postoperative pain scores(P<0.05),fewer postoperative complications(P<0.05)than the control group.Conclusion The combination of automatic elastic thread ligation and dentate line-preserving external hemorrhoidectomy with suturing is effective for mixed hemorrhoids,minimizing intraoperative bleeding,reducing postoperative pain,decreasing complications,and accelerating recovery.
