生仁消疾汤口服联合红外线照射用于混合痔术后的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察混合痔术后采用生仁消疾汤口服联合红外线照射治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年9月,本院收治的88例混合痔患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组术后创面给予红外线照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合生仁消疾汤口服,比较2组各项观察指标。结果:治疗3 d、7 d后,观察组疼痛和创面评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);创面愈合时间、渗出物消失时间、水肿及疼痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后采用生仁消疾汤口服联合红外线照射治疗,可减轻肛门疼痛和水肿程度,缩短切口愈合时间,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Shengren Xiaoji Decoction combined with infrared irradiation in the treatment after mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods Total 88 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The wound surface of the control group was treated with infrared irradiation after operation,and the observation group was given oral administration of Shengren Xiaoji Decoction on the basis of the control group.The observation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the pain and wound scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time,the disappearance time of exudate,the disappearance time of edema and pain were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Shengren Xiaoji Decoction combined with infrared irradiation after mixed hemorrhoid operation can reduce the degree of anal pain and edema,shorten the incision healing time,and improve the therapeutic effect.
