自拟祛毒促愈汤对于混合痔术后的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟方剂祛毒促愈汤用于混合痔术后的疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月,本院72例混合痔手术患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。2组均采用外剥内扎术治疗,对照组术后采用常规抗感染和换药处理,治疗组在对照组基础上联合自拟祛毒促愈汤口服。观察比较2组术后创面水肿、疼痛及创面评分等指标。结果:治疗组术后水肿和疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后采用自拟祛毒促愈汤口服治疗,可有效减轻创面水肿和疼痛情况,缩短创面愈合时间。Objective To investigate the efficacy of self-formulated Qudu Cuyu Decoction in postoperative management of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Total 72 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid operation at our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 36 cases each.Both groups received Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The control group received routine postoperative anti-infection measures and wound dressing changes,while the treatment group additionally received oral administration of Qudu Cuyu Decoction.Postoperative wound edema,pain scores,and wound healing time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group exhibited significantly lower postoperative edema and pain scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the wound healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of the self-formulated Qudu Cuyu Decoction after mixed hemorrhoid operation effectively reduces postoperative wound edema and pain while accelerating wound healing.
