妊娠期女性肛肠疾病现状及风险因素筛查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期女性肛肠疾病的临床症状及影响疾病的风险因素,为疾病防控提供一定的参考。方法:选择2021年1月至2023年12月,本院收治的142例妊娠期女性,通过发放问卷调查的方式探讨样本群体的患病情况及一般资料,其中85例妊娠期女性患有肛肠疾病,57例未出现肛肠疾病。分析其临床主要表现及疾病风险因素。结果:妊娠期女性肛肠疾病的发病率高达59.86%,患者主要表现为肛门疼痛及大便带血等症状,经统计学分析,影响此类群体发病的风险因素包括饮酒、妊娠期运动情况不佳、孕周情况以及心理压力。结论:妊娠期女性患肛肠疾病的风险性较高,妊娠期间应避免饮酒、适度加强运动,并且保持积极向上的心态,从而降低该疾病的发生风险。Objective To investigate the clinical symptoms of anorectal diseases in pregnant women,and explore the risk factors affecting the diseases,so as to provide certain references for disease prevention and control.Methods A total of 142 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected to investigate the disease status and general information of the sample group through questionnaire survey.Among them,85 pregnant women suffered from anorectal diseases and 57 did not.The clinical manifestations and risk factors of the disease were analyzed.Results The incidence of anorectal diseases in pregnant women was as high as 59.86%,and the main symptoms of patients were anal pain and blood in stool,etc.According to statistical analysis,the risk factors affecting the incidence of this group included drinking alcohol,poor exercise during pregnancy,gestational age and psychological pressure.Conclusion The risk of anorectal diseases is higher in pregnant women.During pregnancy,women should avoid drinking alcohol,moderately strengthen exercise,and maintain a positive attitude,so as to reduce the risk of this disease.
