摘 要:子宫内膜异位症的病因目前尚未完全阐明,近年来的研究表明激素、免疫反应、免疫细胞和多种免疫因子与这一疾病的发生发展相关。异位子宫内膜的病理性生长可导致某些免疫相关细胞的功能改变,导致子宫内膜异位病灶的进展。免疫学研究可能为发现子宫内膜异位症的创新免疫调节疗法开辟一条新途径。该文对子宫内膜异位症中巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、自然杀伤细胞、T细胞和B细胞等几种主要免疫细胞的研究进展进行了综述。The pathogenesis of endometriosis has not yet been fully elucidated.Recent studies have indi-cated that hormones,immune responses,immune cells,and various immune factors are associated with the occur-rence and progression of this disease.The pathological growth of ectopic endometrial tissue can lead to functional alterations in certain immune-related cells,contributing to the advancement of endometriotic lesions.Immunologi-cal research may pave the way for innovative immunoregulatory therapies for endometriosis.This article reviews the research progress on several major immune cells,including macrophages,dendritic cells,natural killer cells,T cells,and B cells,in endometriosis.
