摘 要:以高流态矿渣-脱硫石膏复合碱激发充填材料(HSD-AAM)为研究对象,分析了海水质量浓度对其凝结时间、流动性、强度的影响,进而通过SEM、XRD和TG-DSC试验揭示了HSD-AAM早期水化机理。结果表明:随着海水质量浓度的增加,HSD-AAM凝结时间缩短、流动性降低、抗折强度及抗压强度提高。与纯净水拌合条件相比,100%质量浓度海水拌合下HSD-AAM流动时间降低了约12%,初凝和终凝时间缩短了约28%和27%,养护1 d时抗折强度和抗压强度分别提高了约18%和19%,养护7 d时抗折强度和抗压强度分别提高了约27%和17%。海水能够加速C-(A)-S-H凝胶、AFt和Friedel盐的水化进程,且碱激发剂能够加快前驱体与氯离子之间的水化反应,从而提升HSD-AAM早期强度。Taking high-fluidity slag and desulfurization gypsum alkali-activated filling material(HSD-AAM)as the research object,the influence of seawater mass concentration on its setting time,flowability and strength was analyzed.Furthermore,the early hydration mechanism of HSD-AAM was revealed through SEM,XRD and TG-DSC tests.The results show that with the increase of seawater mass concentration,the setting time of HSD-AAM shortened,the flowability decreased,and the flexural and compressive strength increased.Compared with the mixing conditions of pure water,when mixed with seawater of 100%mass concentration,the flow time of HSD-AAM is decreased by about 12%,the initial and final setting time are shortened by about 28%and 27%,the flexural strength and compressive strength are increased by about 18%and 19%respectively after curing for 1 day,and the flexural strength and compressive strength are increased by about 27%and 17%respectively after curing for 7 days.Seawater can accelerate the hydration process of C-(A)-S-H,AFt and Friedel salt,alkali activator can accelerate the hydration reaction between precursor and chloride ion,thus improving the early strength of HSD-AAM.
