健康推荐系统在糖尿病患者院外管理中应用的范围综述

摘　　要：目的对健康推荐系统(HRS)在糖尿病患者院外管理领域中的研究进行范围综述。方法遵循范围综述指南,系统检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库及维普网中的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2024年9月19日,对检索出的文献进行筛选、提取、总结。结果共纳入12篇文献,HRS在糖尿病患者院外管理领域的应用涉及自我护理指导、血糖管理、健康信息推送、决策支持4个功能模块,评价指标主要包括可用性、有效性、准确性、安全性、满意度及成本效益。结论HRS可以为糖尿病患者提供个性化管理支持,但糖尿病院外管理HRS的相关研究仍处于起步阶段,糖尿病HRS的目标用户仍需拓宽,推荐功能、推荐技术有待发展,评价方法仍需优化。Objective To carry out a scoping review on health recommender system(HRS)in out-of-hospital management of diabetic patients.Methods Following the guidelines for scoping reviews,relevant literature was systematically searched in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biology Medicine disc,Wanfang Data,and VIP.The search period was from database establishment to September 19,2024.The retrieved literature was screened,extracted,and summarized.Results A total of 12 papers were included.The application of HRS in out-of-hospital management of diabetic patients involved four functional modules of self-care guidance,blood glucose management,health information push,and decision support.Evaluation indicators mainly included usability,effectiveness,accuracy,security,satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.Conclusions HRS can provide personalized management support for patients with diabetes,but research on the out-of-hospital management of HRS for diabetes is still in its infancy.The target users of diabetes HRS still need to be broadened,the recommendation function and recommendation technology need to be developed,and the evaluation method still needs to be optimized.
