摘 要:为探究自然微生物膜对刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)幼虫附着变态的影响,分析了不同日龄自然微生物膜的干重、附着细菌密度、物种组成、多样性和群落结构差异,及其与幼虫附着选择率和变态率的相关性。16S rRNA测序结果表明,不同日龄微生物膜的群落结构差异显著,且随日龄的增长,细菌物种的丰富度和多样性均显著增加。相关性分析显示,幼虫附着选择率与微生物膜的物种丰富度、多样性及细菌密度均存在极显著的正相关性(P<0.01),变态率与物种丰富度存在显著正相关性(P<0.05)。综上所述,自然海水微生物膜的日龄、细菌物种多样性和群落组成对刺参幼体的附着变态有重要影响。本研究可为进一步阐明刺参幼体附着变态调控机制提供理论依据,助力高质量苗种的培育。To investigate the influence of natural microbial biofilms on the settlement and metamorphosis of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus larvae,we analyzed variations in dry weight,density of attached bacteria,species composition,diversity and community structure of natural microbial biofilms at different ages,as well as their correlation with settlement selectivity and metamorphosis rate.According to the results of 16S rRNA sequencing,the community structures of microbial films varied significantly with age,and the richness and diversity of bacterial species increased dramatically with age.As biofilms matured,both the quantity and variety of bacterial species increased.Correlation analysis indicated a strong positive relationship(P<0.01)between settlement selectivity rates and metrics of species richness,diversity,and bacterial density.Conversely,the metamorphosis rate exhibited a significant positive correlation(P<0.05)only with indicators of species richness.These findings suggest that the age,diversity of species,and composition of the biofilm community play a significant role in influencing the settlement and metamorphosis processes of A.japonicus.This research provides a theoretical foundation for understanding the regulatory mechanisms of sea cucumber settlement and metamorphosis,as well as for advancing the cultivation of high-quality seedlings.
