摘  要:科技和产业的迅速发展给传统工科领域带来了新的考验。为响应这一变革趋势,教育部大力推进“新工科”建设,旨在解决传统工科教育中课程单一、与产业需求脱节以及学科壁垒森严等问题。本研究以河北地质大学宝石及材料工艺学专业为例,探索确立了多学科交叉融合的人才培养体系;通过融合理学、工学与文学等不同学科的教学理念,成功培养出一批既掌握多学科理论知识,又具备珠宝玉石成因分析、鉴定、设计、加工及营销等实践技能的复合型新工科技术人才,实现了高质量创新人才的培养目标。所得研究成果不仅为本专业教学改革提供了经验,也为其他工科专业提供了有益参考。The rapid advancement of science,technology,and industry has presented new challenges to the traditional engineering field.In response to this transformation,the Ministry of Education has actively promoted the establishment of"new engineering"programs aimed at addressing issues such as a narrow curriculum scope,lack of alignment with industrial demands,and rigid disciplinary boundaries in conventional engineering education.This study exemplifies the gemmology and materials technology major at Hebei GEO University to investigate and establish a multidisciplinary cross-integration talent training system.By integrating the pedagogical principles from diverse disciplines such as science,engineering,and literature,we have successfully nurtured a cohort of novel composite technical talents who not only possess profound knowledge in multiple fields,but also demonstrate practical proficiencies encompassing jewelry and jade analysis,identification,design,processing,and marketing.Consequently,our training program has effectively achieved the objective of cultivating high-quality innovative talents.The research findings contribute valuable insights for the pedagogical reform of this discipline,while also offering pertinent guidance for other engineering disciplines.
