摘 要:墙式连接方式是目前国内减震建筑中最常用的连接方式,研究如何提高该种连接方式的减震效率具有非常重要的实际价值。近年来,国内已有学者对如何提高该种连接方式的减震效率进行了研究。本文在上述研究的基础上,将子结构梁简化为两端固接梁,分别从两端固接梁在跨内承受集中弯矩以及梁端转角引起的梁的变形曲线出发,推导了两种荷载条件下梁的转角公式,总结出阻尼器沿立面连续集中布置时,跨中位置的层间位移利用率最高的规律,并根据上述公式进一步分析了层间位移利用率的影响因素。依据梁在跨内承受集中弯矩时梁的转角公式提出了两种更高效的立面布置形式:分布式布置和同跨错位式布置。上述两种方式可大大降低阻尼器对梁的集中弯矩引起的转动变形的不利影响,在大多数情况下可显著提高阻尼器的层间位移利用率。通过具体算例对上述多项结论进行了验证。The wall-connected method is currently the most commonly used connection method in seismic buildings in China,and studying how to improve the seismic efficiency of this connection method has very important practical value.In recent years,scholars in China have studied how to improve the damping efficiency of this type of connection.Based on the above research,In this paper simplification of substructure beams into beams with fixed joints at both ends,starting from the deformation curves of beams with fixed beams at both ends subjected to concentrated moments in the span and beam-end turning angle,The equations for the angle of turn of the beam under two loading conditions were derived.The law is summarized that the inter-story drift utilization rate is the highest at the mid-span position when the dampers are arranged continuously and centrally along the façade,and further analyze the influencing factors of the inter-story drift utilization rate according to the above equation.Based on the formula for the corner of a beam subjected to concentrated moments within a span,two more efficient forms of façade arrangement are proposed:distributed arrangement and same-span staggered arrangement.The above two approaches can greatly reduce the detrimental effect of the damper on the rotational deformation caused by the concentrated bending moment of the beam,and in most cases can significantly increase the interlayer displacement utilization of the damper.A number of these conclusions are verified by specific arithmetic examples.
