摘 要:为探究框架式双层立交桥梁在采用不同约束体系时的抗震性能,获得合理的框架式双层立交桥梁约束体系,以一座典型框架式双层连续立交桥梁为工程背景,基于CSI Bridge建立了有限元分析模型,考虑6种不同的支座,设置了8种不同的约束组合形式,通过分析顺桥向和横桥向的墩梁相对位移、桥墩控制截面弯矩、桥墩控制点的位移、支座变形等响应指标,对比了不同约束体系下框架式双层立交桥梁的地震响应规律,得到了该桥在顺桥向和横桥向的合理约束体系。研究结果表明:对于顺桥向的约束体系布置,采用带有钢丝绳的防落梁板式橡胶支座加混凝土挡块的约束组合形式,可以有效限制墩梁间相对位移,减小桥墩的内力响应以及支座的残余变形,对桥梁结构的抗震设防更为有利。对于横桥向的约束体系布置,采用不设钢丝绳的普通板式橡胶支座加混凝土挡块的约束组合形式可以明显地降低系梁的弯矩响应,使桥墩结构受力更为均匀,同时混凝土挡块可以提供较好的耗能能力。综合考虑顺桥向与横桥向的分析结果,对于框架式双层立交桥梁的约束布置方案,横桥向选用板式橡胶支座加混凝土挡块的约束组合最为合理,顺桥向采用板式支座,但需加设钢丝绳,形成防落梁板式橡胶支座。In order to explore the seismic performance of frame type double-deck overpass bridges with different restraint systems,the most reasonable frame type double-deck overpass bridge restraint system is obtained.Taking a typical frame type double-deck continuous overpass bridge as the engineering background,based on software CSI Bridge established the finite element analysis model,considered 6 kinds of different bearings,set up 8 kinds of different constraint combination forms,through analyzing response indicators such as the relative displacement of pier and beam,the bending moment of pier control section,the displacement of pier control point,bearing deformation,the seismic response law of frame type double-deck overpass bridge under different restraint systems was compared.The reasonable restraint system along and across the bridge is obtained.The results show that:for the arrangement of restraint system along the bridge direction,the combination of rubber bearing with steel wire rope and concrete block can effectively limit the relative displacement between pier and beam,reduce the internal force response of pier and residual deformation of bearing,which is more favorable for seismic fortification of bridge structure.For the arrangement of restraint system across the bridge direction,the combination of ordinary plate rubber bearing without steel wire rope and concrete block can significantly reduce the moment response of tie beam,make the pier structure stress more uniform,and the concrete block can provide better energy dissipation capacity.Considering the analysis results along and across the bridge,the combination of plate rubber bearing and concrete block is the most reasonable for the restraint layout scheme of frame type double deck overpass bridge.Steel wire rope should be added to the slab bearing along the bridge direction to form unseating-prevention laminated rubber bearing.
